[svlug] Remote serial port access

Hi;

If I use minicom to run a modem on the same machine which minicom runs I
refer to the local serial port as /dev/ttyS0 however, I would like to
use a serial port on another networked machine, is there a /dev/rttyS0
that allows easily networked serial ports?
