[svlug] ISP recommendation

Tom,
	Just don't do what I did and say, "oh hell, mindspring will be nice and
easy, i only need it for 3 months." because mindspring is really killing me
right now.  I heard a radio commercial for slipnet (1-800-SLIPNET) which
sounded good:  unlimited access, shell account (important!), $19.95.  I
haven't verified any of this of course, but it might be worth looking into.
