[svlug] TCP/T in kernel???

[Ze'ev Maor]

Does anyone know whether TCP/T is currently implemented in the kernel? I
remember seeing a patch somewhere written by some CS student as part of his
academic requirements, however this patch wasn't incorporated into the kernel
(if memory serves).
