[svlug] 2.1.127 + SB16: update

Hello,

(I'm a digester, so apologies if anyone has addressed my question.)

I have further discovered that the garbled output only occurs on /dev/dsp, not
on /dev/audio (I discovered this while re-reading the Sound HOWTO). I am
prepared to admit that I am unable to draw any conclusions from this =).
