[svlug] Debian 2.1 Status Change

Debian 2.1 (slink) has now been moved from the unstable tree to frozen. If
you are tracking slink, change your dselect to point to frozen rather than
unstable. 2.1 can now be considered in wide beta with a total of 2795
available packages.

Debian 2.2 (potato) is now in the unstable tree.

I know, 2.2 was supposed to be woody but some people got upset because of
a potential sexual connotation. 

slink still has some problems with the X packages. To be specific, the
xf86setup package picked up by the mirrors today is broken. A fixed
version should be up in a day or so. Remember that if you upgrade X, you
will need to grab xterm because that has been split off as a separate
package.
