I haven't spoken with SVLUG's President or other officers about this but
I think I can predict their reaction... If anyone decides they'd like to
coordinate an effort to help local schools with Linux, there could possibly
be an SVLUG Education Coordinator position created for it.

As with any volunteer organization, SVLUG's ability to do something depends
on having the volunteers to do it. In order for this to really succeed,
the coordinator probably should have a core of volunteers who focus on this
project. But I'd also expect that some of the members who get into bits of
everything SVLUG does would be seen around this effort once in a while too.

If that sounds interesting to anyone, take the lead...
