[svlug] Netscape + JavaScript

Hello,

I'm using Netscape 4.5 for my glibc RedHat-ish system, installed from a
tarball, and I noticed that it doesn't seem to be respecting my "JavaScript
OFF" setting. Can anyone confirm this behaviour?
