[svlug] ISP recommendation

Hi folks

Can anyone recommend a good ISP for dial up service only at a good flat rate
price?  I don't need e-mail or web hosting - just a reliable dial up
connection, ideally with local telephone numbers here in So Calif.  GTE just
raised their prices from unlimited = $19.95/mo to $1.00 per hour after 100
hours per month.
