Well, _you_ guys decide, and then tell _me_:  The VP (Chris) says yes, 
the InstallFest Coordinator (you) say no, and _my_ role is to ask a 
simple yes/no answer and wait for a plain-English reply.

Is that not the substance of the matter, or am I missing something?
