The differences from 5.1 to 5.2 are detailed on Red Hat's product

(I assume you mean the listed patches for RH 5.0.) I don't think so.
It'll just be a decently updated 5.0.

Yes. ftp _or_ NFS. You'll need to generate both the boot and
supplemental installation floppies for 5.2, and point your
installation at a Red Hat mirror site. More details are in
