I'm sorry for the rather long reply, however I wanted you to see the original
cut from the manual-6.html page, concerning pager commands, look further ahead
and you'll see "previous-message" and "next-message".
pager
bottom $ jump to the bottom of the message
bounce-message b remail a message to another user
change-folder c open a different folder
change-folder-readonly ESC c open a different folder in read only mode
copy-message C copy a message to a file/mailbox
create-alias a create an alias from a message sender
decode-copy ESC C decode a message and copy it to a file/mailbox
