One newbie to another...

It had everything I needed to set up my group's web site (ob. plug:
http://www.geocities.com/~ohlonecs ). I don't have the database aspect
you're looking for, but everything else is there. I did the graphics
using the GIMP, created the pages in Netscape, and tested them locally
using Apache. Took me about a weekend (I know, I know, "It shows!" Gimme
a break....)

Of course, all those things are also freely available for download, and
most are contained in the other distributions, so your options are
pretty wide open...
