I'm not sure who you spoke to. Was it someone in sales or reception?
There's no record of you having paid for phone support, so it doesn't
sound like you could have talked to someone in support. Can you
provide details? Did the person you spoke to suggest you e-mail
support or was there some other resolution to your phone call?

Aargh, imprecise phrasing on my part, sorry. Here's what I originally
wrote in my e-mail to you as part of the incident:

Someone else suggested that purchasing an RSA license from a reseller
might also qualify rather than necessarily needing to buy the license
direct from RSA.

My browser doesn't recognize the authority who signed that cert.
When I got through, it's selling popcorn with a contact address
of syw at wyle.org. Apache-ssleay, right?
