Adam Engst, the author of the Internet Startup Guide and other books, has
his entire books up on the web, and it has not cost him any book buyers, in
fact, he says it has increased his exposure and resulted in more book
sales, why it's expensive to print books on printers and much easier to
just buy them.

Now, some books don't work that way, but I think a lot of the O'Reilly
books would.
