Microsoft are not good at all at checking typos. in my previous line of
work, I was beta-testing win95/Hebrew, and although that was 2 years ago,
I still get the monthly newsletter from Microsoft Israel (I asked many
times to be off their list!). it is invariably a 400-500K RTF file
attachment (no, not a link to a file on an FTP site... an inline
(non-MIME) uuencoded file). this month (as usual) there were a paragraph
or two calming down the "faithful MS customers" about the latest DOJ
procedures, by billg and and the CEO of MS/Israel. the funny parts werre
4-5 typos I found throughout the document, two of them were so funny I
started suspecting it was intentional. by missing one letter in a sentence
about "the NT operating system", the meaning in Hebrew becomes "the NT
dropping system" or "dumping system" :-)
