[svlug] installing linux on a disk containing wndows95

Someone called me today about installing openlinux lite from caldera
on top of an existing windows95 harddisk.
I wasn't sure about it, maybe it has rawrite and is like slakware.
Does fips work with vfat?  Or does he have to reinstall everything?

Maybe I should tell him about the next install meeting.
