It's not a bad place, I just thought that some might object to traffic
that they might not be interested in. They just want to get some
announcements and such.
I use newsgroups myself so I don't care much for a special stuff,
however, "local" support that might be followed by a "personal" visit
would be easier to arange since one would expect most people on the list
are from the Bay area.
