[Speakers] July and August potential speakers

I've asked the folks who spoke at LUGOD this week (one is from the
Open Vote Foundation, the other is from BlackBoxVoting.org) if they'd like
to speak at SVLUG.

Depending on their schedule, the July meeting might work.


I've also found out that someone from VMWare might be able to speak in August.


Webmasters, can you put these talks down as 'tentative' on the meetings page?
(mostly so I and others know not to double-book them ;^) )
