[Speakers] BAFUG interested in speaker pool

Well, Wednesday got crazy at work and Thursday I was off to a rocket launch
(the last launch meet of the season).  I'm back now.

I still need to check with Steve and Marc that they don't feel this idea
steps on their toes.  We can arrange to keep everyone's roles as they are now.
Since Steve is out of town, we may wait just a bit on implementing this,
until I can chat with him about it.
