[Speakers] PenLUG speakers wanted

[William R Ward]

PenLUG is needing speakers, starting with the September meeting.

Based on casual polling of our members, there is less interest in
the sysadmin-related topics which SVLUG covers often, and more in
programming-related and desktop-related topics.

Any recent or upcoming SVLUG speakers in that vein would be given
strong consideration... any suggestions?
