[Speakers] Speaker wanted in 2 days for PenLUG

[William R Ward]

I was going to have our Oracle guru, Wim Coekaerts give the initial
talk of PenLUG, but as it turns out he will be in Portland at the open
source conference ("OSCON"). So, we are speakerless.

Any suggestions? Otherwise we're going to have to settle for "open
mike night".
