It looks like Ani is just making sure that the speaker he just signed up
for August really is confirmed.

Since Mr Barrett from IBM is OK with September as well, this doesn't sound
like a conflict. Shall we give September 3 to him?

And October 1 to Peter Thoeny for TWiki? (If not, pick the next available
month. They're all unreserved after that.)

So if we get these speakers to accept these dates then any of us can send
the confirmation to the list to reserve it for them.

A bunch of us are getting used to the protocol on the speakers list after
Steve opened it up to wider membership (and turned the speaker coordination
into a committee just before his daughter was born.) Ani definitely got the
"CONFIRMED" message up for August - no need to worry there.
