If they can provide the topic description and speaker bio now, great,
but we don't have to have it until September.  Also, it is not 100% sure
that they can make it.  So it can wait.

You are now on the speakers list, and you should see the traffic on that
list.  We still haven't decided the July speaker yet.  August
sugguestion from you was excellent.  I will get the answers (the
questions you asked about the August speakers) for you hopefully today.
