I don't know him, but Jean Tourrilhes from HP who has a web page about 
802.11b would be interesting to hear. 

Also, the Ximian desktop people would be interesting to hear talk. 

Or someone from Red Hat/Mandrake talk about their up2date software services. 
And/or someone from SUSE and/or Debian could talk about how their internet 
updates work.
