I would have torrented the archive, except its my understanding IPs
can be obtained via bittorrent -- and frankly I'd rather avoid ended
up in some dark basement chained to a goat who is fed nothing but
vitamin supplements...just because I was one of millions who were
curious.

Truly though, if it could be used by any people prevented by another group from freely accessing public information I'm game to figure it out.  And at one point not too long ago I would have only thought of the chinese in this manner.  How the world can change in one week.
