[Smaug] Packaging problem in recently-installed Ubuntu

Finally I just removed the libraries

 libhtml-parser-perl
 libhtml-tree-perl
 libhtml-format-perl
 libcompress-raw-zlib-perl

and various stuff dependent on them. Now I'm getting no complaints when
installing or updating!
