[Smaug] Any users of Debian GNU/Linux lenny/sid out there?

I'm curious if any other people who have recently updated to Debian
unstable (lenny) and use network-manager have experienced problems
with that program.

FYI this is a program which monitors network connections and automatically
makes wireless or wired connections as they become available. It normally
has an applet in the upper panel (in Gnome, but also works with KDE etc.)

My problem has been the sometimes the 0.6.6-2 version that comes
with lenny sometimes causes Linux to reboot, and doesn't bring up
the wifi interface at all. (I'm using madwifi for a Netgear
card).

There are a number of bugs reported against the program on the Debian
bug database, actually. I'll file my own report, most likely, after
review of what's on the database already, or append to an existing
report.

Does anyone on this list have experience with network-manager?
