[Smaug] Tiny's is shut down

Nice idea -- I'd approve!

Earlier, there was chatter about the owner of Santa Cruz
Diner buying the place.  Everyone seemed happy about that.
He made an offer, there was a counter offer, and he gave up.

In general, it's sounded like the amount they want for the
place is beyond reasonable expectations.
