Right.  SCLUG's wiki was actually destroyed (100% overwritten) by that
practice.

To be fair, you could still avoid the need to login if you used Captcha
(http://www.captcha.net/), but some will object that it's an excessive
hurdle to participation -- and you also have an accessibility problem.
