... this is weird though, because I started school at Occidental College
in October of 1990, and got on the Internet almost immediately, as I
recall (they had just wired dedicated 9600 baud serial connections to
the school's PrimeOS miniframe into all the dorms... a year later, they
rewired the whole campus with Ethernet).  Wonder what happened to all my
postings from the fall of 1990 to the spring of 1991?
