[Smaug] Web site maintenance (was: scruz.org re-design)

You know, I'm almost of a mind that SMAUG needs a version number attached
in that the current SMAUG has a completely different group than the one
I remember going to 99 Bottles some 3 years ago or so.  I don't know anyone
who attends regularly except Peter & I who was there during the previous
period.

Even then, I came in only shortly before they started the unfortunate habit
of Karaoke on SMAUG nights.
