YOu don't know how to setup a database table?
we can install phpMyAdmin then.

The sf docs say, every project comes with a mysql
database table:

"A MySQL database is provided for each project,
allowing the operation of a variety of existing
content management scripts and development tools via
the project web service."

http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=753&group_id=1#projectweb

I don't think SF.net would have a problem with us
hosting scruz.org on their server, after all they
aproved the project smaug-web, it's assumed we're
going to create a project web page.

But who knows, you are in the upper-echelons of
society, so you can probably pull some strings to
stiffle progress.
