Well, my question was a real one:  Weren't you saying your aim was simply
to improve accessibility?  If so, that doesn't appear to call for a
total redesign at all.

So:  If you honestly do want to help Smaug, why don't you upgrade the
existing site design from tables to CSS?  

If I've been a little cynical, it's because this business of saying you
just wanted a site with a more "accessible" layout seemed unlikely.  But
you've been justifying my doubt.
