Alright, here's what I think.

1) Rick:  I don't mean that anyone else would necessarily
   maintain Anthony's over David's or David's over Anthony's.
   What I mean is that if Anthony puts things together and
   owns it, then chances are he'll maintain it.  Something
   which you mention none of us have done (and rightly so.
   I'm absolutely one of those.  I even went so far as to
   get my account listed as an admin, but I haven't touched
   it).

2) Jacob:  Your input is valued, however I don't think any of
   us apart from you have a particular sentimental attachment
   to the web page in particular.  It's sort of a millstone at
   the moment because it's continually out of date.  
   Modernizing it paves the way for automating some tasks (like,
   for example, when the next meeting is).  This is a Good
   Thing which you can recognize, I'm sure.

3) Anthony:  Fuck 'em.  You're doing something that we all
   appreciate and I look forward to replacing the old system
   with one which we can have a hand in.  I haven't wanted to
   tackle the old one for a couple of reasons apart from slack.
   It's kind of a kludged together solution that mostly works.
   My understanding is that David has a couple of cron jobs that
   occasionally go wrong and spam people with errors.  I think
   those have been deactivated, but frankly, that's all 
   unexplored territory as far as I'm concerned.  You have all
   the support and gratitude that I can muster for taking on 
   this task.
