[Smaug] scruz.org re-design

I personally think that the people who actually are
presently involved in SMAUG should make the decisions.

The present site does NOT fulfill its purpose: it is
always way out of date, for one thing.

If anyone wants to get involved in how the site is to
be designed, they should attend the meetings of
the group, and not whine from afar! I don't mean
to offend the people who started the web site and
(supposedly) maintain it, but we need to move on.
