[Smaug] scruz.org re-design

Well, nothing personal. I wasn't trying to "make a
better site"...I was more or less trying to apply some
new accessibily and css methodologies, and the site
came up at the meeting I went too.

If you don't want me to change it, I'll use the layout
for something else i'm sure.
