[Smaug] Gentoo Install Fest Questions

Greetings All,

Just wondering about the Gentoo installation fest.
Questions are as follows:

1) When is the install fest happening or has a date been picked?
2) We should probably bring a Gentoo installation disk with us right?  
If so, is there a specific version recommended?  I found this site for 
download it, don't know if one site is as good as another.
