I can clarify that:

You're welcome to post from any address.  None are prohibited.  The list
is unmoderated.

If you post from a non-subscribed address that's never posted here
before, your first post from that non-subscribed address will be held
for admin review and approval:  This is an antispam measure.

At that time, the admin who approves it will add that first post's
sending address to those allowed to post even though they're
unsubscribed.  Quite a number of yours have been added that way, Lee.

BTW, if you know in advance that you may want to sometimes post from
some particular non-subscribed address (e.g., a work or webmail
address), you can/should subscribe it and then set the "nomail" option.
