I'm not a DNS expert, but 209.81.13.88 might need to be listed as an NS
record for the zone.  Also, I assume you've incremented the serial number
and restarted the daemon after changes.

The bind-9.1.3-4 RPM, which is Red Hat's current version for RH 7.2.
