[Smaug] DNS zone transfer errors

I was noticing logged errors on my end, just this morning, and was going
to ask _you_ about that:

As you can see, you _are_ listed as allow-transfer.  I have no idea
what gives.

I'm running bind v. 9.2.0.  What are you running on your end?
