That's right, there is _no_ official keysigning event tonight.  What you
have been experiencing was just a test of the Emergency Keysigning System.
If this had been a real emergency, you would have been given instructions
about where to put your keys. :)

All I can say is that I will be there, and will facilitate the meeting and
keep notes. :P
