I just checked out the webpage of the Santa Cruz Public Libraries.

They have rooms available for $5.00/hour. Opening hours Aptos: 'til 8.
Opening hours downtown: 'til 9.
I'll try to get some more detailed information (how booked are they?
What happens if we are less than the required 10 people?). Just thought
to keep you up-to-date.
