Hi Jacob,

I wish we could but we don't have the resources nor bandwidth either.  btw, I
started a reply to your inquiry about DSL in this area a couple weeks ago...
and then we went down. It will be two weeks tomorrow. When I know more will
tell you the whole strange story...
