We are looking for an Embedded Linux Contractor for a 6-9 month
contract in Sunnyvale

Are you an expert at porting embedded software to Linux? Have you
developed drivers and apps on QNX and Linux?

Our client is looking for a consultant to port items from QNX to
Linux, including device driver level code and BSPs (Board Support
Packages). This is a 6-9 month project for 1 or 2 people.

1) 5 years of Kernel level programming on Embedded Linux. Any QNX
experience highly desirable.

2) BSP development experience.

3) Proficiency on IP stack services/API's.

4) Good familiarity with PCI, serial and network interface drivers.

5) Proficiency on multi-threaded, multi-process environments.

6) High level of familiarity with GNU tools: compiler/linker/debugger.

7) 2+ years experience in device driver development in linux.

8) Experience with PPC processor family.
