We are looking for a  Linux/QNX Contractor for a 6-9 month contract in the
South Bay.

Are you an expert at porting embedded software to Linux? Have you developed
drivers and apps on QNX and Linux?

Our client is looking for a consultant who has ported items from QNX to
Linux, including device driver level code and BSPs (Board Support
Packages). This is a 6-9 month project for 1 or 2 people.

1) 2 years of Kernel level programming on QNX.

2) 5 years of Kernel level programming on Embedded Linux.

3) BSP development experience.

4) Proficiency on IP stack services/API's.

5) Good familiarity with PCI, serial and network interface drivers.

6) Proficiency on multi-threaded, multi-process environments.

7) High level of familiarity with GNU tools: compiler/linker/debugger.

8) 2+ years experience in device driver development in linux.

9) Experience with PPC processor family.
