Our new startup is developing an exciting new service in the consumer
green-tech space.  Our product is good for the world, and the business
opportunity is promising.  We believe that excellent service technical
operations is key to our success.

We're well funded, and just getting started.  You would be our first
operations hire, and would join a small team of talented programmers.  We
expect to grow operations over the upcoming months, both externally and
internally.  Our company is in Palo Alto, with a handful of people working
remotely from other cities.

You'll be expected to:
* Define and develop operational systems and procedures for an agile, fault
tolerant service.
* Help design/influence the overall service for operability.
* Write lots of solid operation scripts.
* Learn new technologies quickly.
* Communicate well with partners and vendors.
* Take part in 24x7 operations.

We're currently getting started with the following tools.  Part of your job
will be to figure out if these are the right ones:
   Chef, MySQL, Django, Hadoop, Nginx, Netty, HotSpot, HornetQ, NodeJS, EC2,
S3, Zabbix, Zookeeper, HTTPS, TCP, DNS, git, ubuntu.
