administration and engineering skills to ensure our live production
environment remains at peak performance and availability. Your background
automating processes, monitoring systems, troubleshooting and being
responsible for critical live systems will lay the foundation for your
success. Experience with shell scripting, Perl, PHP, Python or C will add to
your candidacy as will a working knowledge of Cisco, TCP/IP, Apache and
PostgreSQL applications. Prior admin experience in high growth production
environments will move your resume to the top of the pile. In return for
your engineering prowess you will be granted the responsibility of
administering oDesk's production infrastructure and web presence which is
critical to our success and growth.
