[SVLUG-Jobs] Help with PHP and NAGIOS

I am looking for some help (could very well be a paying task but
even minimal help would be appreciated) with some LAMP
understanding/development and especially if someone has some
experience with a ticketing package called Cerebus.

I also need some help with setting up Nagios (or something
similar) for monitoring servers, switches and routers --- using
SNMP, I assume.
