IronKey is a looking for a security minded Web Operations Engineer. You 

will work as member of the Web Operations Team and will be responsible 

for maintaining and improving existing systems and processes, planning 

and implementing new technologies in a high scale, high uptime and high 

security environment.

Required Qualifications:

 

* 3+ years of Linux Systems Administration experience; Recent experience 

with Red Hat preferred

* 2+ years in a 24/7/365 high-volume online services environment (Linux, 

Apache, Java, PHP, MySQL, Oracle)

* Experience with OS and application hardening best security practices

* Ability to write scripts in Bash, Perl or Ruby

* Experience with monitoring / metrics (Nagios, Cacti, Hyperic, etc)

* Must have experience with SCM for a highly-available environment

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

* System build & configuration automation experience

* Experience with centralized log analysis tools

* Experience with IDS systems

* MySQL and Oracle administration experience

* Experience with the administration and configuration of networking 

hardware

* Ability to configure, benchmark and tune web applications in a Linux
environment
