 As a senior systems engineer, you will be responsible for the server and
networking infrastructure of our Q&A platform, focusing on scalability and
performance.


 Desired experience:

 - Distributed and scalable systems

 - Server software

 - Unix, Linux

 - Java, C++ or some other object-oriented language

 - TCP/IP and network programming

 - Agile development

 - Preferrable: Instant Messaging (IM) server development

 - BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent

 - 5+ years of experience

 - Startup mentality: flexibility and ability to step up and do whatever
needs to be done
